i played in [AI] cold storage and pyramid with approx 3 k/d ratio(eg., 12 kill 4 death during game while pressing tab) but at the end it only gave me a rating of 0.9 or 1 s/d. why is that so?

also, what is tag rate suppose to mean (for sniper rifles)?
