that icon is not voice command, is the GPS locking signal, if the icon show up, means GPS location/signal not lock yet.
try again in outdoor,where ur phone GPS can easily lock your location.

if you not using spare part, u will nv get full screen. for 480X720 sure will have smaller display and half button issue. if you put in 540x960 using spare part, dun put 480x720 folder anymore.

try these steps, i found in the other forum:

reinstall spare parts and try
Open Spare Parts (download the blue color one and not the brown one);
- Launch “Spare Parts” and scroll down to “Compability Mode”. Un-tick the box and tick it back.
- Reboot the phone.
- Launch “Spare Parts” again, scroll down to “Compatibility Mode” and un-tick the box.
- Reboot the phone again.
- DONE

for the voice navigation, did you accidently "mute" the system?

did u already install any app? if yes, try uninstall one by one, might be uncompatible apps.

my 1st hard casing from ebay, abit too thick..... ordered the nillkin skin case, waiting delivery, should be thinner....

who want this synthetic leather soft case, already have nillkin case, so see any member want this. cheap cheap sell. **after completely put the phone into the pouch, still can see half of the motorola logo.


also screen protector, buy batch from ebay, who want can share.

there are complain on the wifi signal strength, but i personally not feeling it, might be becos i am always near to my router.

for freeze and restart issue, it shouldnt be normal.

argh.. i in Johor, cannot join u guys lah....

yup, 4gb for app, 8gb for other storage... but i seriously not sure y android system need the 4gb~~~...

i bought this nillkin hard case online, not bad, still quite thin after install...

i felt strange becos some of the low end android device not even have 4gb total storage but manage to have android 2.3....

anyway, i am happy with the storage available on razr, with 4 gb of application space, it is more more then enough for my app install, infact i only used 600mb of application space after installing more then 80 apps, satisfied...

Havent seen any msia site selling. I bought from the site itself, the package is from china, so i believe is a china site. It took 10 days for delivery.

i encounter 2 issue:

1. firewall block the connection
2. when i connect to my office network(no internet) together with mobile hotspot, my pc detect default my office network no internet, thus cannot connect to internet, one i disconnect office network, the mobile hotspot kick in and able to connect to internet.

u can try and see whether the same issue.

i also timid lah....haha

ei...since u want to change to razr maxx if available, then u take a shot lah....hahaha

Added on January 11, 2012, 9:30 amunlock bootloader is not reversible, not like root(where we can easily unroot). so 1st thing, warranty definitely void. 2nd thing, it is not official unlock bootloader from motorola, we dun know whether it can work or not, so might brick ur razr anytime.
