I think i've got a problem. Just now was having itchy hands replacing the systemUI.apk file (wanted to do the notification mods) after reboot got no more notification bar + no wallpaper. already restore back my systemUI.apk previous backup file. still doesnt seem to work. blur already. haha

Any way to fix this? still blur about flashing to which rom and all..

currently i'm on 673.94.324.XT910.PSHASIARETAIL.en.03

Already upgraded to 4.0.4 for 2 weeks+. Waiting for JB.

guyss SOS helpppp i am on epsilon's rom v4 and my battery ran flat as i was travelling back to my place in kl... after which i came back and plug it in to the charger it keeps showing me a battery with a question mark in it.. i tired everything cant access bp tools or recovery.... its stuck... can anybody pleaseee helppp meee

A little googling said its a battery fault. Unfortunately for us, we cant remove the battery :S

Getting kinda annoyed now.. already reflash the stock rom 673.94.324.XT910.PSHASIARETAIL.en.03 everythg was fine. But tday realised some issue with the camera n my gallery. Phone will hang and restart almost evrytime i open camera. Either using the stock camera, or few other camera apps.
It will hang either when i exit, or when i view the gallery aftr snapping some pics. Anyone got some ideas?

In case there're still doubts in comparing between other dual-core performers, here's my RAZR review after updating to ICS...

My RAZR is running on ROOTED stock ICS for RAZR.
This review is based on my personal opinion after weeks getting the ICS OTA from GB.
Comparison with GB will be discussed a lot.
This review may biased to good side with less or no bad side being talked about.
In no way I am liaised with Motorola, Google, or any other manufacturers regarding this review.

Customization includes:

- Carrier Name (change carrier name)
- Notification Toggles (include toggles in notification)
- Nova Launcher Prime
- WidgetLocker
- Ultimate Custom Clock Widget
- Missed it!

- OpenVPN app for VPN, CSipSimple app for VoIP

Overview (in case of tl;dr):
Unlike certain brand, Motorola has given a good quality control to have ICS running perfectly on RAZR. The reception levels got fixed, the battery life got better, the camera very well improved, the performance almost doubled, the personalization gets personal, and much more. While not denying that there are some things I missed about RAZR running GB, I'm gradually well bond with the ICS.

Full review:
Boot time still takes awhile but a little faster comparing to what GB used to be. up to a minute on my phone to be precise. But time passes quickly enjoying my Droid Razr boot animation (the red eye).

The interface is more or less like the vanilla ICS. Not a good news for "I-use-phone-with-what-it-came-with" user. But however, Nova Launcher runs perfect and as a better default launcher on this device if you're willing to install the said third party application. However, I don't like the fact that a shortcut icon is being created to the home screen at first launch of every application installed. The orientation sensor takes quite awhile to adjust my display from portrait to landscape.

ICS multi-tasking is convenient and interactive. But it is mostly vanilla.

As for reception, I'm getting half reception on my RAZR inside an elevator which my BlackBerry Bold 9700 can't even get a hold of the network (lost reception) in the elevator even though my RAZR and my Bold uses the same telco. In case you are thinking that it must be the signal calculation error, I've actually tried browsing the internet just to see if the reception was real. The call quality is great too. Motorola has never disappoint me on call quality. The stock messaging app sucks. So I had GO SMS intalled along with Thumb keyboard for adjustable keyboard size and shortcut. Browsing the net is smooth but nothing much changed about the connection speed since GB. ICS have better file download functionality. Unlike GB, my downloads doesn't stop half way being disconnected from my network if I browse the net at the same time.

The Smart Actions just got smarter. A lot of new triggers added to optimize your RAZR's juice. I personally use it and the battery life is about 20 hours (still mingling on the Smart Actions to try and get my phone 24 hours without sacrificing much).

Camera has some improvement. There's no zero-shutter lag but I'm more concerned on the macro focus that I'm having on GB. Seems like they fixed it in ICS. The camera has limited resolution selection for photo capture but picture quality is slightly improved video quality remains as how it was on GB.

Contacts management is basic but really a breeze and user friendly except for the part where it's hard to join contacts.

Customization is greatly improved with active community over in XDA. Previous tweaks which work on GB that still work on ICS includes Notification Toggles, Carrier Name, custom boot animation, performance tweak by Leviathan26. The most exciting tweak available at the moment is whirleyes' overclock module. AnTuTu Benchmark reports back a score of ~5300 (~2900 on GB) on default clock speed (1200MHz) and ~6800 on 1350MHz clock speed.

All and all, even with just stock ROM and locked bootloader, I'm already satisfied with what I can do on my RAZR.

im looking for RAZR MAXX...i have heard people suggesting to get brightstar original unit.. which their warranty are great if any issues in future... they highly advising to not buying AP sets..

i have checked the brightstar website...so do i need to go their centre straight to buy ?

i have noticed in their website listed where to buy..all the shops
so those r the shops with brightstar unit ?

any chances for them to sell AP set ?
