it's lightly modified stock ROM. I think it is not stock ROM anymore but that person just tweak some improvement on stock ROM.
Sorry I am really bad in flashing and rooting knowledge. |

Guys will we loose backup of contact etc if upgrade to ics?

there is no content loss if upgrade but however advisable to factory reset if you face any problem after upgrading...therefore, a backup may come in handy
