i dun think any shop including celcom with give direct replacement once you walk out from the shop. i am a victim, my phone only 1 day old but already got problem, no direct replacement given, everything need to send to Service center.

To make thing worst for Celcom, they dun even help you send the phone to service center, you need to do it urself, in other words, once your phone out of the celcom shop, the phone no longer have any relation with celcom, everything you need to deal with distributor/service center.

in Johor, very less shop selling motorola....i mostly go to spore if i want a motorola phone.

u could try celcom, to ask for a preview of the set, they might let you play with the new set awhile...

actually u are right bro, the phone is a bit too wide and thin to be hold comfortablely, but i just can resist the sexy look of the phone.

yeah, i really annoy by celcom for this case, buy phone from they and they not responsible for and warranty claim....btw, did you comfirm with Digi that they will received warranty claims?

i wanted to get S2 too before the launch of Razr, but too bad they dun offer non-G version of white set, if got i think i already get S2 long ago.

i saw SGD720

malaysia set support in johor also sucks lah, Brightstar in johor only collection center, every repair/claim must send to KL phoneworx.

sg set at least go sg motorola can direct deal.

my RAZR Brothers~~~~

i bought mine from Ebay, very cheap stuff 12pc for only only RM10++. but the quality no good, is only very thin plastic sheet i can say. another problem is our razr screen at the edge is not flat, the screen protector can stay on, always come up, maybe you can notice in the pictures...i not going to recommmend this to you guys, i also use it for temporary, ordered xtreme guard from ebay, waiting for arrival.

where did u put the Navisea/navi folder? it needs to be in internal storage.

guys, i getting EDGE only with my RAZR in my office where i normally get HSDPA previously with my XT720......could this be a hardware issue on my RAZR?

it should not be setting issue, as i able to get HSDPA at other places.

update: when i select network type as 3G only, then i can get HSDPA, if select automatic, it will always use Edge. a bit strange setting as normally phone is defaulted to select fastest network, but Razr seem like always use lower speed network.....is it for battery saving??

if select 2g only, get 3~4 bar averagely, if 3g 2~3 bar average.

Is it? i just install the app, and until now seem ok. but i am now too annoy by it, coz already used to it, no need to see also know what and where is the button.

question is....do we really need to over clock? i am quite satisfy with 1.2 ghz now.

i assume u have all the necessary app and data/maps.

for map : it should be ok if you put it at the correct folder, Papago X5, navisea folder in "internal storage", not Ur external SD card.

for resolution:
-1st download spare parts from market, untick Compatibility mode and reboot(must reboot).

-change the 480x854 folder to 540X960 in "organic" folder AND the "EN" folder. this enable the map in full screen but the menu interface is still in 480x854, this one i still not find any solution online yet.


*if you not using spare parts app, then you need to rename folder to 480X720, but will have problem the half of the bottom button in papago cannot see.

i downloaded and tried the game, no noticeable lag. but not sure wat ur "lag" means...

i also play samurai II and shadow gun without problem.

ok, i understand, freeze for 1~2 seconds. how frequent it happen? becos i only test for 2 races just now.

i had experiance freeze in fruit ninja.....XD

ah ha....are u using the screen color adjuster? if u are using, u need to off the adjuster,then only can install external APKs....

hei hei hei.....bro, u must be too happy with the screen adjust app and nv finish reading the post, the guy who post the app have stated it mah...

On the side note, installing third party apk file requires you to turn off the adjuster.
I don't know why but this happens. Not that big an issue for me though.
Turn it back on after installation complete
