hi guys,

advice needed..am planning to turn my master bedroom into a 5star hotel kinda concept..

its approximately about 200sf including the toilet.

I like Ikea's small space concept where its still livable although of the small size.

So what im planning to do is..

to get interior designer:
- concept design (combine bed, work table & tv area into 1...no need cooking area as kitchen is available outside the room)
- space planning with furnitures
- must feel comfortable staying & working in this 200sqft size room


as for contractor:-
- wiring points
- other works to materialized it.

how much would it cost me to hire a designer & to add wiring points?

advice and contacts would be much appreciated..

i have a designer friend here saying that for design work is calculate by area and how big is it but not too sure about how much is it because different company offer different price. If you are interested for interior designing maybe you can leave me your no. I can have my friend to call you.
