QUOTE(desertkids @ Nov 3 2011, 11:53 AM) i call up proton HQ just now..no any cents discount for inspira R3 even the standard free 2years service, some SA even dun hv any info bout R3,bad...bt i tink it will sell like hot cake soon... Based on Paul Tan write up, the 100 units is selling at same price as 1.8MT but with 9K worth of goodies thrown in... So those who have not gotten their cars should change to this R3 variant! Then sell off the rims, bodykit to those who want it and get cash to mod the car to how they really wanted it... This post has been edited by XCInspire: Nov 3 2011, 12:15 PM |

Was told we can't just buy any space saver tires. The pcd maybe match but the centre hub hole is smaller for those not meant for lancer/evo 5, 6, 7... Who can confirm this?

QUOTE(Poadster @ Nov 8 2011, 12:23 AM) Krispy Kreme.... Those who bought slim tires can measure the hub hole against the original full sized spare wheel hub hole. If matches, then ok, else if too small, then you may not be ale to fit it into your car, it will not rest flat against the wheel axel, thus all five nuts cannot be bolted in fully. I would not drive even a metre with a wobbly wheel. Added on November 8, 2011, 12:25 am Ask those who already have those slim spares to take em out and fit onto their wheels lor.... Interesting problem, and have anyone actually tested their spare slim into the wheel axle?? |

QUOTE(C-Note @ Nov 8 2011, 09:17 AM) Just got a black inspira..not sure if its an uograde from latio sports hatcback 1.6? Inspira is a lancer bred. Latio is nowhere near an inspira....On some ad i saw conversion to lancer for rm2.6k, then another at rm800 evo10 body kit. Whats the diff? They both look like lancer to me after conversion Difference in price is due to difference in design and most importantly material used. Google the type of materials advertised. |

QUOTE(Poadster @ Nov 8 2011, 03:34 PM) Thanks for the lovely intro.... a bit sarcasm, but thanks anyway.... Learnt to be blunt like u ma... Company give petrol mai use RON97 lor.... its the best fuel for our ride (leaner AFR mix and engines runs a little less hot), and some added performance.... tho dont expect improved performance by leaps and bounds from RON95.... |

QUOTE(K3nnYkl82 @ Nov 8 2011, 03:38 PM) about 10 more horsies only la .... 10HP is a lot considering both variants has lesser on wheels... Ppl spend thousands just to get extra few hp... 138 vs 147 ma .... (on paper la.. ) on wheel much much lesser torque extra 20Nm Torque is something to reckon with when going up genting... then u will know why ppl go for 2.0 or 2.4.... Kenny, u mean u buy 1.8 & 2.0 rom settings from them? Won't they suspect anything? |
