Today pass by a proton branch and saw 2.0...so went over to test drive it..

Funny enuf i feel the 1.8 has better pick up than the 2.0....i duno why but the 2.0 seems
to be a little more sluggish under 4k rpm...after 4k rpm then only the power comes

just log a complaint n will check the car tomolo in COE...i know it's poisonous but at first when collect the car, i duno wat smell is tat...actually my expectation for a proton car is very low, i told my self, it's normal to have some minor problem...

anyway, im not making a scene out of it lar..just check the wire everything intact and wash it watever n change the the ori filter is ok lar...i think better take out the filter i bought temporily to avoid the dispute lar..

coming from vios, i think this car relly fun to drive

Yesterday during the freak storm that hit USJ I was driving towards Saujana Putra near the USJ Restoran Jejantas, via PLUS when I hit quite a long puddle of water & I almost lost control of the car due to aquaplaning... I didn't drive that fast, it was impossible to drive fast in that storm yesterday, maybe only around 60-80km/h... I'm still using standard Conti tires & rims... in fact, that was not the 1st time I experienced aquaplaning.. it seemed like the tires were only okay for the 1st 4-6 months, after that start to have problems in the rain edi.... haih...    

I noticed that Conti's thread not that deep la... maybe that was the reason... before this on my Saga LMST I used Dunlop tires with 15", no such problem.. of course not a fair comparison.... be careful when driving in the rain guys... storm like yesterday.. once in 10 years I'd say we can experience such things...

Seems we have a consensus, most wanted to do it this Fri, except Mr-55km/h-in-SmartTag-lane and desertkids, majority winds, and we could have made someone's birthday even sweeter....

Also, looking at the drivers are mainly TT regulars, lets start the journey in PJ, and drive towards Genting..... options are to stop at BK MRR2 (to relive yourself) or to wait after the toll....  this will be discussed during the meetup at 3Two Square... the final TT spot at Starbucks First World will also be discussed there and then....

Will try to find some walkie talkie, but pls bear in mind that this is a fun drive amongst friends, GF /wives and Inspira enthusiasts, not any official event associated with any one else (except LYN Inspira thread la..).

PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY AND SAFELY, slowly if possible (yeah right.... just look at the racers in the list)....
