Today I will be starting back my gym activity. Thus the reason for this thread to get opinion from experienced members on the calories intake and routines.
Abit of info about me. I am actually 6' tall and weigh only 60kg..yeah..underweight..
My aim is to bulk up abit and gain muscle and mass.
Target weight : 80kg (For now this is my target as I have not reached this weight yet and dont know how I will look like when I reach the target.
[Food Intake]
Breakfast: 1 scoop of serious mass with 400ml HL Milk + 1 Slice of Blueberry cheesecake (approximately 1200 calories i think)
Lunch: Ate at food court: Rice + Ayam Masak Merah + 1 Egg tofu + Sliced Potatoes ( not sure how many calories are there)
Going to gym right after office..
Pre-Workout: Potato Bread + Small box of HL Choc Milk
Post-Workout: 1 scoop of serious mass with 400ml HL Milk
Dinner: Nasi Goreng Paprik
[Workout]
Abs

Sit-ups: 3 Sets. 10 rep each set
Chest
-------
Bench Press:
Warm-up: 1 set of 10 rep. (Bar only)
Then: 3 set of 8 rep (5lbs each side)
Chest Fly Machine:
3 set of 10 rep (10lbs)
The dip machine that uses weight:
4 set of 10 rep (15 lbs)
