the rom should be theoritically done, but i am having some problem with mounting issue during flashing. still need to figure that out.

already mentioned in that thread, by self observing using the mentioned apps, u can study the behaviour of ur phone and remove anything unnecessary..thats all

did u read that article properly as it clearly stated that with ADB knowledge, then u can get the file using the mentioned command. the file will not be magically in the sdcard..lols

just observe using tools like betterbatterystats or cpuspy.

if apps, just uninstalled or maybe clearing the data. if system properties,like bluetooth, maybe just needed to be off and only turn on when needed only. anyway that article is kind of reference only. not specifically will help you or not.

because i am using stock kernel, but superatmos 1.1 kernel and both mode of USB are working.

rw-r-r is the stock permissions as i am running stock here

i am not really sure, but have u clear cache and dalvik cache and reboot after permissions changed?

hard part: using terminal or thru ADB
easiest part: using root explorer, mount r/w, hold on file intended, select permissions, u are there

well, i suspect, it is the mtpapplications.apk as he removed quite a lot of APKs..lols..

well,clearly they are not useful to him..lols..i think it is up to him anyway, his rom btw..lols

should be working assuming u've rooted with the doomlord method (didnt matter which version)

hard to say actually, why u want to unroot actually? if it is me, i just reflash back stock firmware with odin and reset everything..lols

of coz easy mahh..i just did it like 30minutes ago..lols..been testing around, got fed up and re-flash everything to stock back..lols..no usb jig involved ofc....stock firmware will not trigger the yellow triangle or binary counter even using odin.

i am not running superrom but from the downloaded rom, i suspect it is inside /system/media/sanim.zip
i think u just back that file as anything like "sanim.zip.bak" and put ur new boot animation, rename to same like sanim.zip too..dont forget the permissions too..check first what is the old permissions

so if u found bootanimation.zip somewhere in system or data/local , of coz just replace it there.
permissions for that zip file ofc..this is linux man..everything needs permissions..lols

for sound it should be around that folder too, someting like power_on.wav like that..

weird, i am running stock with almost all samsung apps removed, except useful like mtp applications, and i have no problem with KIES. lucky me then
