i plan to replace my stock player and get a 2-din Pioneer/JVC/Alpine receiver/dvd player into my car....but those 2-din players comes without detachable front face panel....meaning cannot take out the player face....

what you guys thinks about this? how to prevent getting it from stolen?

Use an Ipad instead. Connect the ipad to usb input or aux input of your single din player.

unless, it's some expensive 2 din player, I dont think the burglar will break in and steal it. Just park your car somewhere safe and well lit. That should avoid disaster from occurring.

I never detach oso... When u have ady lock your car, it's unessary to detach it... If thieves really able to get in ur car, they sure won't aim ur player only...
