I have a problem with my battery status. Under Settings > About phone > Battery > Battery use > and when I tap on the battery usage graph, both the "Awake" and "Screen on" status show a straight blue line, even my phone's screen is turned off for quite some time. What seemed to be the problem? Hardware or software? Anyone knows how this issue can be rectified? I am quite disturbed.
