After few days using the phone, the only thing that I find disappointing was the UI in menu of the apps - the scrolling is not smooth at all - and is slight jerky - I'd rate it a 5 against a 10 for the Galaxy S II
You cannot compare to SGS2. Sensation has higher resolution qHD.
