i assume you super wipe before flashing, what i normally do is upon first boot, let the rom to settle for a minute or two then follow by a fresh restart. let the rom settle for another minute or two and reboot then only start restoration of app / customisation.

This the problem with my lockscreen now.
Wipe dalvik and cache and reflash also no use.
Wipe cache in HTC Sense also no use.
