Seems like you r having unstable current running off, try to run dry your battery and charge it from 0 to 100 again.

I don't know if I should get XE or just normal Sensation
If I get XE I have to pay extra - AUD240 but get earphone which one cost AUD160.

now the custom rom still got battery reading error the battery keep on jump

There are a few fixes u can try urself for touch screen problems. Try search in xda forums.

Also avoid using unofficial chargers. U can also try full discharge of ur phone, leave it overnight.

There seems to be speculation that USB charging is the culprit too.

Touch wood, my xe still fabulous n no probs, aside from HTC sense UI reloading sometimes. Usually after I uninstall apps or update apps.

guys,i juz got my normal Sensation a week ago...phone is still unrooted...

Here is my questions:
1)Why is the browser can open max 4 windows only?
2)Is there any true multitasking in android?My browser kept shutting off when i switch to other apps.And when i reopen it.Only one window left but it gotta reload again. Any solutions?

Bro is that because of the grounding thing?You know the wrong circuit might interfere the the sensitivity bro,I read at some pages it happens that the pin doesn't contact with the back cover,if it happens try putting aluminum foil to reconnect them,hope it helps

Btw,has your IMEI number changed?Cause if the change motherboard,Imei number also changes right?

I experienced that as well using the stock Sense ROM but it's gone when i'm using CM7 / MIUI so i suspect is because Sense uses more RAM thus the pages are cleared from the RAM when you change to another app.

Haven't tried aluminium foil but I have tried pulling the pin out a little. Doesn't seem to be the problem. Plus, previously without casing can use too and my friend's without casing can use too. There's definitely something wrong in my phone.

you'll be even amazed when lee cooks up some patches for current v.4.1 and kernel. a few bugs and issues are being reported. good thing is that he will be in kitchen tonite. yea yea!

running with v.4.1 for close to 12 hours, rock solid. only froze once while youtubing, adobe reader fc (uninstall and reinstall again fixed the fc issue), while using smartassv2 governor, it stuck at max frequency.

phone is running much cooler than previous version.

Bro Im downloading the rom.Since it comes with Amaze cam then I will no longer need to run on Insertcoin rom (Dislike the UI colour).
Anyway some questions before flashing the Leedroid,hope you can give some help.
-Does the rom originally comes with CTR animation?Personally dont like it
-Do I need to flash kernel?Is the current one in the rom usable?


And the procedure is still the same : Clear Dalvick cache-factory reset-install zip ?

1. Download recovery v5.0.0.8 for the Sensation HERE: or Multiupload
2. Copy the PG58IMG file into the Root folder of your SD card (The main Folder of your Memory Card)
3. Turn off your phone FUlly and reboot into the Bootloader/HBOOT screen (see post above on how to get to hboot screen)
4. Press Volume up to Accept when it asks" Do you want to start the update"
5. Press Power Off to Reboot back to android after installation is successful (normal screen with homescreen)
6. Delete PG58IMG from your memory card and you can now root using step 3 below or install a custom ROM using CWM (Customs Roms are already rooted)

coz u just need to put the entire single zip into the sd card. hboot should able to detect it.
Or yr downloaded file MAYBE corrupted???

or u already have it in the 1st step?
try go to Hboot, select recovery. got there or not?
