Problem with google account...sorry if this is a stupid question...

I can't sign in/create a new account to use android market...it just show ''Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server''...anyone can help?...*not gonna root the phone...please help

its not working also even with 3G connection...can someone help...can't sign in into android market...refer my previous post at page 64(1st post)...please help...just get the phone few days...never sign in before..what should i do?
