I rebooted my phone after the update, didn't work. Soft reset, it worked. You can't be too sure with things until you tried it. Of course you are more than welcome to do hard reset right away but not everyone is keen on the idea of wiping everything clean from their phone without exhausting all the options. Just saying

Speaking about video at 720p, just to throw in another prespective, even videos taken by N8 using the beta camera app seemed to give trouble to N9's playback ability due to higher fps and possibly different codec profile, it shows how much problem you would face on daily basis regarding video playback.

Dropian takes too long to launch. Almost 30 seconds to launch the app. File sink never used before. DropN9 is functional but UI is too complicated, if Dropian improves the launch time, I think Dropian would be the easiet to use.

fMobi has a bug where it will not register the word that is being "underlined" in auto correct mode. You have to press space bar and exit from the "underline" condition after that press send.

My Phone prompts me for password too everytime i reboot, it happens to me since ytd, did all the usual tricks including setting restore, did not wipe out though. Seems that it happens to many people

I use MfE as my work depends on it, the password prompt thing never happened to me until yesterday so I feel it's pretty random the bug though i did installl some new apps from nokia store which I try delete afterwards, didn't work as well.

Firefox is no good, many times feel laggy and it felt that is less optimized for mobile. Prefer Opera Mobile if they actually can do portrait mode, it would be perfect

If you could not afford to buy original apps then just don't use the app then. Alternatively, don't use a smartphone afterall you should not be able to afford a smartphone anyway.

actually, i think it is better just to get iPhone, i still dont think android is for any regular Joe, it ia juat too fiddly and messy and chaotic. I personally have seen how a rather tech savvy uncle struggle using an android phone.

it is difficult for someone that has already lost fluidity in understanding new operation paradigm, even he comes from tech backgroud like a middle aged uncle especially when operating paradigm as complex as android. The option/meni button for example is not always applicable to all apps, some apps just discard this hardware button and decided to implement its own settibg button.

You got msn working via mc tool? or using an app?

Sigh, hard reset did not solve the account asking for password issue. Still prompt for password everytime i reboot my phone and everytime I lauch FB app

The thing about hard reset is that, It doesn't seemed to wipe out all the data in the phone, some apps are still there. And the phone seemed to remember my Nokia account, when I try to put in my Nokia account login details eventhough I have deleted all accounts prior to hard reset. I did not restore my contact yet and tested it out, still the same problem,

I am resorting to reflashing the firmware now.

No, i did device wipe out first. Did not work, still prompt password for all account. Then I do firmware reflash right now. Seemed to have solved the problem finally. Did not prompt for password anymore. Looks like that's only way to rebuild the corrupted SQL data base on the phone as device wipeout seemed to leave some apps on the device too.

Polite? to you? why shoud I? You are a parasite trying to rip off developer's good work by asking for warez. Since you can't afford to buy app then pretty much you shouldn't be able to afford to buy a smart phone which is going to be 1000 times more expensive than apps.
