I'm having a fever now.wht do i ned to do to prevent my muscle from shrinking back.

eat,adequate rest. do not worry so much. if u keep on stressing and worrying, u increase release of cortisol hormone that will break more muscles even more.
Muscles dont break down when u have fever unless u have some muscle diseases (sry forgotten what it is called).

Yeah, like LeanSupp said, you won't lose muscle mass that quickly. Just try to eat regularly and get rested up.

Don't try to get in a workout when you're sick. I've said before, when you're sick, all your body is focusing on is getting you better. If you add in exercise to the equation, you put a lot more stress on your system and you end up taking even longer to recover. Just eat, drink plenty of fluids and rest and you can be back in the gym quicker.
