How to show a tiny picture beside [WTS] thread?, refer to attached pic.

Refer to attached pic,
I have been wondering under the 'thumbnail' column (circled in green) how to make a tiny picture appear (circled in red)? I have attached picture by uploading the picture from my pc but it didn't appear in the column...

Is bmp & gif format can be use? how to make gif picture of the selling item so that it can change continously? |
