what's this all about? i've been searching for the internet about it, and seems like some hollywood celebrities like Ryan reynolds and zac efron are into it. it's like, you get buffed and lean but u're not getting too much mass like those power body builders. do you guys have any idea what are the workouts and the routines also?

oh i see. so what should i do? like for my chest routine, do i have to increase my reps with lesser weight or decrease my reps (3-6 reps maybe) with much heavier weights?

Start with the heaviest weigh u can lift,lift till fail.Then rest 30 second.for the next set,take out 20% of the weight and continue for the second set till fail also,take out 20% lift till fail until u only lifting the bar only

then just do mass gaining till u reach ur desired weight,then cut off the fat for a more detailed muscle

this should do the trick..dont take those protein shakes though..its not natural..u only got one liver..dont mess it up

is the water bottle 1.5 litre type or 500ml? Any brand of water bottle to recommend for better grip?

again, you think is easy gaining muscle mass? i got this silly question everyday from a beginner asking how to looked fit but dun want to looked buff... my answer? come back with the same question in 5 years time...
