I'm planning to buy Mass Gainer from GNC so which one should I buy? Theres quite a few Weight Gainer , Lean Muscle Mass Gainer?? Can someone enlighten me on whats the difference?
I just need a normal Mass Gainer as I am thin and kinda small? (I guess) for my workout schedule.. Thanks in Advance!! Appreciate it! |

im taking gnc 2200 gold and it sucks.. first 2 months got improvement.. now... nothing.. hahaha.. planning to get musclejuice 2600 instead

Dymatize Super Mass FTW,the fstest mass gainer,but u'll grow a bit of a tummy along the way.no worries though coz u'll cut them off later during cutting

Why mass gain instead of real food? carbs are easy to find and cheap. IMHO save the money for whey, more cost effective.

Sometime hard gainer got no choice but to buy mass gainer. Carbs are easy to find but not easy to consume. |

BSN True mass has the best quality of whey protein in their gainer......im taking it currently, ditch the muscle juice.....they use really cheap protein.......

how about cytosport monster milk? i took mass gainer for 2month and it indeeed increase my weight by 7kg... but now it seem like doesnt increase my weight anymore... feel like wan to change brand...
