We wish to inform all our valued customers that a company known as EMS Malaysia – www.emsmalaysia.com is not affiliated or linked with Pos Malaysia Berhad (“Pos Malaysia”); neither PosLaju nor any of Pos Malaysia’s business units, departments and subsidiaries despite the reference to Pos Malaysia former Call Center address in the disclaimer of the said website as their Customer Service Address.

The address of EMS Malaysia as published on the website is that of Pos Malaysia’s former Call Centre located at Subang Jaya Post Office. Whilst Subang Jaya Post Office is still occupying and running its operations on the ground floor of the said premise, Pos Malaysia has never lease out Level 1, of its Subang Jaya Post Office, which is currently vacant, to EMS Malaysia.

Those who have fallen victim to the claims made by the website are advised to lodge a police report.

Customers are welcomed to contact Pos Malaysia’s Call Centre through PosLine at 1-300-300-300 (except on the 1st Saturday of the month and on Public Holidays).

I don't know, but it is my personal opinion that there's something very fishy going on, and my Scam Alert is turned on la. I posted this as a heads up for anyone who may have/want to use EMS Malaysia's service.
