my wife & i are very2 happy lor today... i bought the second phase, facing the lake oso, but not that near to the lake... i bought house no 30, jalan sp 3/23... which one are u guys buying... |

from the front of the house on that 2nd phase houses, there is a bout 200+ meter of land before it reach the lake...
i just imagine how great it would looks like when they finish the construction...a house facing the lake is sure nice... |

my unit is the putra type unit...
block 6B Putra unit... currently renting house, now that the instalment for the new house started already, have to pay another 1k++ extra...hahaha... |

Hi guys, I went to our the showroom to pay for the electrical & water payment, very late coz got the letter very late. I've updated the posting address already
The house progress is looking good, main gate installed, door knob install, wiring is waiting for fitting installation, installing the road lamp... Hope got some ideas later on how to renovate the house Some of the pictures taken... Attached thumbnail(s) |
