Its been a while no update in this topic. Let me share some. I visited the place 3 weeks ago. Almost completed. I saw MP Kuala Langat sticker at every unit forbid any reno/changes to the house. Not sure what is the purpose. Maybe for CF.
Also received text message from real state agent (wonder how she get my number). For whom interested to sell around RM400K or above, just name the price and contact her.

Dapat surat dari Goldmount dated 4th March. Total kena bayar RM 10,888.70 which RM RM10,248.00 is interest. Tomorrow nak scan surat bagi kat lawyer bank. Masalahnya kena settle within 14 days. maknanya 18hb mar Ada seminggu lagi. Call Mr. Tah dia kata interest tu antara bank dgn buyer. developer takde kaitan. in other word developer nak semua rm10.8K tu. later lawyer refund kat buyer. will see how la after bg surat ni kat lawyer.
tp if sape2 nak buat union utk fight for discount ke, saya nak join. regardless case saya selesai ke tak dgn lawyer bank, saya ttp nak join untuk tolong future jiran2 saya : )

Memang developer ni low class. Sorry to say la. Manage tak professional langsung. Jauh panggang dari api dalam sekam tepi pagar harapkan pagar pagar makan padi compare ngan developer rumah lain. *Pepatah mode tak puas hati.. apa yg dieorg terrer ialah maintain harga rumah sama dgn harga opening walaupun beli lambat. itu je credit.. yg lain semua below par.

Share info - Ada satu project lagi Bandar Saujana Putra Skypark Residences. 1004sf, RM 399K. Bumi 7% discount + 8% rebate. DIBS for first 100buyers. 3R2B. My opinion, good for investment if dapat DIBS tu. (Tak payah bayar interest during construction, bayar installment terus bila project siap). Developer LBS. Another positive site, ada chance property kita appreciate further..Insya Allah

Dear All, jom la gathering. set satu weekend. Elok kita berkenal-kenalan. Bukan gathering sangat pun. Kita set melawat rumah masing-masing pada weekend yang sama. Set time yang sama jugak.
Contoh: weekend 27 April (Sabtu) jam 10.00am - 12.00pm.
