I'm getting the keys to an old house (double storey 22x75) I recently bought in Kota Kemuning.

I would like to do some minor renovation before moving in. Could someone tell me a rough estimate on how much would be needed for the following work?

1. Extend kitchen by 5 feet, fully tiled
2. Grind and polished the parquet floow on 2nd floor or replace with timber flooring
3. Replace the floor tiles on the ground floor
