hi all, can help me on this matter? got few question to ask..regarding my sister phone which is csl spice mi300

after 3 month use this problem appear..

1- battery spoilt..can only last 30min-1 hour..
2- heating issue, no use also panas at the back..no apps running on background(using cynogen firmware)
3- send to service cetre..they downgrade the mod to original 2.1 eclair..but same problem..heating issue..battery drain damn fast..
4- ask to change battery,maybe battery kong..change to sunglobal battery..but yet same problem..heating and battery only last 45 min - 1 hour..
5- go to service centre again..they said got problem inside..warranty tak cover..need pay rm400 she said..and i was like WTF??? better buy new one which is rm390..btw, this is what my sister said to me..she decided to hand me the phone to claim warranty and now she felt like kena tipu by this damn CSL..anyone had same case as this?


lastly, should i go for a tribunal? still have total 8 more month warranty..

hi bro, the csl centre itself provide me the firmware update with stupid cynogenmod firmware..now already on stock rom. my own mistake? big NO then...can anyone help?

now the firmware is offical fw 2.1....yet the same problem..auto heating..no use also heating problem..that csl centre also provide custom firmware upgrade with imba cost.
