how can I flash new ROM in .nbo using SUTLR?

Does anyone know if any local phone company interested in making any android developers working for them? For example making a full fledged ROM from so called "underground" developers to be their own official ROM?
Most developers, like me, are student, and on these difficult days, it is wise on making some opportunities (career) on something that they like to do.
I'm just saying cause not many corporate/companies look for those with hidden talents, and often most of them, not just android developers, goes overlook and wasted.
If so, is there any way on marketing these so called "unofficial" product? At least give the unsung heroes a chance.

(sorry for the off topic post, but just thought of it after an all nighter working on mygingerb ROM for mi300)

instead of using evolution or skyfish which is kind a outdated,
better go with phantom sky revolution, which combine the goods from evo & skyfish.
sky revolution is flph last work before he went MIA

already tried this one.. not bad.. but some guy out there not satisfied with UI.. android must be android at their mind.. why ur should use Iphone4 theme?? for me, it same like this.. when ur indian and ur using chinese outfit, ur still indian.. outfit just outfit.. what important is ur core..

Already a few days on this phone all I can is..wow! Totally new to android and I like it more and more everyday especially this phone. It is indeed the greatest phone for its price range.

Currently using previous owner installed ROM..not sure what it is (during boot up it displayed but didn't memorize it). Quite stable, battery consumption okay because I'm only heavy using it around 2-3 hours. Not planning on become a frequent flasher so might stick with this. Gingerbread ROM by angelictears seems interesting so might want to wait the final release of that.

After converting from mkv to mp4, I can finally watch my favorite anime, MV and movies with barely any lag. And the subs from the mkv container is retain as well. That really is a big plus for me.

btw if u wanna know what currently ROM are ur using, can check at setting>About phone.. it will show ur everything about ur phone including Android version..

Speaking of which, add me the user list too

On other note,I tried the espiet launcher and it is good, but I revert back to launcher pro cause it is quite laggy specially woth many apps install..
I'm waiting for them to update the memory issue, since it has potential,hope apple doesn't sue or anything
