Hi, this is a screenshot from the AHAM Moderate PRS fund. Does it mean the total fee we have to pay each year is 1.5% + 0.04% + 1.6%, adding up to 3.14% per year?

The 1.6 is ratio.
The fund pays, ...annual mgmt fees and trustee fees.

You don't pay anything more.
You don't feels it.
It is your money that are in the fund that pays it.
It is paid daily through the daily computed NAV.

Read the prospectus of that PRS fund or any AHAM unit trust fund.
Read under FEES AND EXPENSES and especially under PRICING.
