whatever plugs u use, however strong those plugs are, the bricks made of high percentage of sand wont hold it. just hack a big enough hole to full in cement + some sand to make it solid n let dry before using wall plugs. costly n cost time, if its feasible, take down the wall n rebuild with clay bricks. even light weight bricks arent that good.
