came across the AIVI - Android In-Vehicle Infotainment system.

there are a few manufacturer for android based car system. last year pioneer already announced they are working on a android based systems.
if you look under alibaba you should be able to find an android based 2 din player with 7 inch screen. whats kewl about this one is the 7 inch can be taken out as a tablet . but sound quality not sure coz its an oem player.

also dynavin already made theirs running android 2.2 but mostly for bmw only.

Just wait...next year their gonna be a lot of 2 din player using android OS..
U can also browse the internet using it as it is connect to ur phone via bluetooth to access 3g connection.
