Hi everyone !

I bought the HP DV7-6199US fro delta on lowyat.net a few weeks ago. So far its been running great. However, I have been having problems with the wi-fi connection. The laptop can connect to my unifi network but the wireless connection says no internet access !! I know for sure that there is internet connection because I am also running a Dell XPS 15 on the same network, downloading files.

I have tried to disable firewall etc but it doesn't work. Occasionally, when I restart the laptop the internet connection works, then when I shut down and restart again, it doesn't work again !!

I have uninstalled the Norton internet security and replaced with Microsoft Security Essentials. I also have Spywareblaster, Spybot S&D and Malwarebytes anti-malware installed.

I have tried using both Firefox and Explorer to access the net but it doesn't work.

Anyone can help ?
