actually beats is not that good in terms of quality from the review i saw by other pros beats sold only design, soul and grado definitely will have better sound quality, build quality and cheaper price, you can check this link they sell beats too http://jabenmalaysia.blogspot.com/ but it is in the bottom of the list. its still up to you if u think the money worth

actually the whole set is buy for someone as a gift, i am also not monster fans=P

its still actually quite worth getting tht beats headphone itself with jz a add on price of rm300+, since the RRP is RM1k

Hi guys I'm contemplating getting the 6001 or 6114. How much difference do you guys think there is between the 2, is it worth paying the extra for the 6114?

And how's the laptop overall in general so far? Is it the clear market leader for the 3000-3500 price range?

i updated my driver to 11.10 and it works fine.
no fps increase in BF3 though.

That's why we need to install it on top of HP driver.

Difference in performance? None. U get Bluray drive and additional Dynamic graphic switching method.

IMO, GE620DX-FHD@RM3.3K is a better choice altho with slightly slower GPU but recent news stated you can get 6001TX w/o Beats as low as RM2.6K

acid: u must me. i update 11.10 & clean uninstalled 11.9. all shit is showing that i'm using the latest driver but only winsat show Adapter Driver Version : 2010 old driver 7.xx y ah?? even 11.8 & 11.9 still the same..

this or the asus n55sf..which would u guys choose ?

Go for N55SF-i5 if

• you want more workspace area (1600x900)
• u use laptop speaker most of the time
• you don't need quad cores CPU
• finger print scanner don't impress you
• you don't use headphone/earphone
• MBP-like touchpad scrolling can't make u high.

The i7 version in the other hand, not really worth to go for over DV6.

I was also choosing between the i5 N55SF and the 6001TX. It is a no brainer at the end of the day if the priority is for gaming.
