Back in V1 or V2 i recalled someone sent his DV6 to get the keyboard change and it only took him 1 day. Your mileage may vary tho.

tat 1 i 1 to 1 exchanged edy wif tis laptop..so far, no hang problem..but tis lappy, its unsealed because they hv no stock left..so i jus take it..1 day if stret away send to hp rite?if i ask the shop to send for me,how long it will be?

sdd or hdd? above 50 consider very hot liau. the best is below 40. mine is average 45°C

56 should be fine.. if lower a bit would be better.

sdd = standard

should below 55°C since u're using i7..

i alway hear the fan keep spinning when i change to Ati..nor mal too?

if no game or clips running the fan should be not spinning. it based on the lappy temp ask well. ur heat-sink r sharing same with ur cpu & gpu if no mistake. b'cos of heat then only the fan works..

oh i see...i try monitor it a bit longer..if my lappy keep hotting, theres smthing wrong wif dv6 series..haih

Yeah that one direct sent to HP Service Centre. Depend on that shop reliability imo.. probably 1-2 week. 1 month if u unlucky.

Can u download and run OpenHardwareMonitor and IntelBurnTest.
Switch to AMD GPU, run OpenHardwareMonitor and let it idle for a minute. Then run IntelBurnTest and take the screenshot of OpenHardareMonitor after you've finish the test.

temp before start intl test or idle around 53-54..with AMD 6770 on..

^ temperatures look normal to me. if you wan lower temp, open CoolSense and set it to Coolest.

My CPU temps when normal browsing between 50-55 too unless i play some video.
