my bro pc using kingston ram. 512 mb ddr2 spoiled. u guys should stick v other brand. dun die concept at kingston only. out there r a lot better ram expect kingston or kingmax.

@acid u use which driver?? 12.1 like not suitable for mobility user like us.

it also din divide the driver like WHQL. standalone desktop driver or mobility driver itself unlike 12.1

bf3 quite pro for 12.1 wor.. 12.1 is for CF card or single desktop card not for mobility.

u mean 12.1 got opencl tick at gpu-z??? i still feed up with the error i told u b4. i goin to test 12.1 & 11.12 WHQL after fin work. last9 2 tired v my work liau.. those 2 links just for reference since he is using desktop thang.

lee: i find the amd app & still openCL still un-tick.. sien ever since i delete all the driver 1 by 1 this issue appeared. solved winsat issue, another issue appeared. pek chek v ati driver.. my bro either buy lenovo or asus liau.. wait $ permission only.

no time now cos bz v work. i lazy 2 work at here. less salary i wanna quit after i get the bonus. fed up v this company. workload same v my colleague but salary less 2X

@acid i think opencl is not installed. i told u during installation of 11.11/11.12/modded driver, the view log appeared error. b'cos of C++ then the SDK got issue so OpenCL also din install correctly..

this is 11.12 WHQL i can confirm that openCL is not installed. so there is no dev0 at openCL there. so i reinstalled 11.12 again & tested with 11.10 it doesn't work.
at last 12.1 works opencl confirm installed. run opencl 4D get around 5x fps but still got error during installation driver at view log. the view log din stated any error. all success so i bet again C++ bug like @Lee said b4. i dunno what happened but since openCL tick at gpu-z then is ok. the font look smaller than b4.

i still getting this error (look at the pic) warning occurred during installation how to solve it any1??

So that's basically what you have to do: extract the installation files as always, then open the destination folder, C:\ATI\Support by default. You will see the folder that contains the xxx catalyst, open it than go to the folder named "Config". Inside this folder you will see the file "InstallManager.cfg". At the end of this file there is this string: "WorkaroundInstall=false". All you have to do is to change it by writing "true" instead of "false", don't forget to save. After i did this, both divers and control center magically reappeared in the installer, so i hope this will help you.

i grabbed from a website.. if this method can't work i will use atiman! if both also can't then i will format. if format still like this.. i wan dell solved it. ur atiman wat version?? 6.1.3??? got any step by step procedure how to use atiman??
