usually only took 1-2 secs for me depending on the game.
your ingame reso is the same as your desktop reso? the game use pagefile instead of ram?

If there is a patch available, Origin will automatically update the game for you. I'm not sure tho but it should work that way similar to Steam.

Anyone currently playing BF3 could try these tips and check if there is any improvement in fps. I can't try it since i don't have the game yet.

Difference in performance? None. U get Bluray drive and additional Dynamic graphic switching method.

IMO, GE620DX-FHD@RM3.3K is a better choice altho with slightly slower GPU but recent news stated you can get 6001TX w/o Beats as low as RM2.6K

Go for N55SF-i5 if
  • you want more workspace area (1600x900)
  • u use laptop speaker most of the time
  • you don't need quad cores CPU
  • finger print scanner don't impress you
  • you don't use headphone/earphone
  • MBP-like touchpad scrolling can't make u high.
The i7 version in the other hand, not really worth to go for over DV6.
