is all engine oil from tesco (shell &castroll) usable?because its made in EU.what's the difference between this oil and local made oil.want to know since have to change my oil this wednesday.thanks!

Liqui Moly is made in Germany; Torco made in USA; both brands have been receiving great reviews from many motorists.  Therefore I think country of production doesn't matter. |

fully or semi synthetic engine oil is better for new engine?
i hv persona, already serviced for 1000km mileage at authourized proton SC. they use shell helix HX7 10w40. is it ok? what are different between fully or semi synthetic engine oil? thnks |

Some said its great diesel oil for petrol engine.. |
