Far as I know the following clubs gather at these respective places :-

1) Arsenal : Some mamak in bangsar near Maybank and the KTM. Can't remember it's name.
2) LSCM : Cobra Club
3) MyRAWK : The Bank, Kelana Jaya
4) Liverbirds Supporters Club : JB - Don't remember the name of the mamak.
5) Chelsea - Think you should ask aw13. Used to be at Modestos. Not sure where now.
6) Man Utd - I really don't know where they gather anymore.

I've also watched games at Movida in Giza. There's another place there that looks ace to watch games - Beer Factory.
Other places with a good crowd are Souled Out in Hartamas, Fittou in Desa Park City (Waterfront - nice breezy place).

That's all off the top of my head. I'm only familiar with pubs/bars as I feel football and beer go hand in hand like burgers and fries.
