Small amount huh.. Ask that officer to paid you up then you will cancel the log lah.. This kind of police make whole police image bad - lazy to log and investigate. What ever the case was, the police MUST receiver it and well filing the report. If not you can report direct to the Ketua Polis Balai that the phone no. usually can be found on the notice board inside/outside the police station.

Due to we victims coming from various states, it is a tall order to make a group report. However.... when we make a police report individually, we must include details.... example police report of our other victims. Maybe we can include the amount involved just to point how serious this case is. What you all think ??

this is why i say if can, go to report in1 group {same area]. if only 1 person to report, then the polis will say ' aiya, baru rugi sikit, apa nak report, cancel sajalah' ..
after u have already report.. then they throw d letters into rubbish bin..
if many people go to report at d same time.. they will be more serious..

If you are the only one / two victim in the area and afraid police say bla bal bal to you.. Maybe you can ask for wakil rakyat assistant (BN or Pakatan all can) opinion and maybe he / she can company you go for reporting. Remember to tell that assistant how serious this matter and amount involve. This will sure bring some attention for your case.

P.S remember is wakil rakyat assistant NOT Wakil Rayat (YB) (But if the YB want to handle you case than )

i think removing the BPP status of qiling is not wrong. This is done to protect further con cases from happening.
However, no one can deny that lelong does not provide helpful assistance in this problem and lelong has been responding way too SLOW!

Sorry if I'm pointing wrong.I think the better way to protect the buyers is to make the safetrade by default.That means the money will only release to seller after the items is really receive by buyers.But Lelong make safetrade as optional.This give con people a golden opportunity to cheat buyers.Many top online shopping site like alibaba,DHgate etc...they have some kind like safetrade to protect buyers and it is set as default,NOT OPTIONAL !!!!!
