Latest update that i got from lelong staff.
The BPP badge is not purposely removed by Lelong.
That badge automatically removed when Lelong suspended the account
right after Qiling reported about the stolen goods.

And for the BPP claim form, its only about 20++ victim submitted the form.

I will update again once i got any update.

In my opinion, the Police Report needed to confirm that the user has been cheated.Its a prosedur for a claiming process.

Lelong replied my email saying that Lelong has listed the name at a whiteboard for a refund.

Maybe its take 1 more week to settle.

I dont know why police taking so long to do capture the conman.

What are Malaysia's police doing?
The salary keep increasing for them but investigating take so much time..

Theres still no action done by the police. RM200k is a huge conned amount.

The maximum process of BPP is 90 days..

I tried to call lelong but cant reach them..

I also received the email and already click agreed.
Hope lelong will hasten the process..

Luckily im lost about RM560 only and able for a full refund.
I hope this case will make us more aware about conmen in Lelong.

Lelong replied to me:


"Hi

We have prepared the cheque for you, but pending the signatures of the board of directors as they are away. Once they have signed them, we will courier out the cheques for you.

Again,we are sorry for the delay"

I dont know what happened to Lelong and Qiling .
If they are not linked together, Lelong should act something to Qiling.

I also received email from lelong said:

"Hi

Our BPP team will sending your cheque out today.

TQ"

Hope this is a good news. Asking for their tracking number.
