RM1001 and above (per item) - u can only claim RM1000 (per item)

Better go to lelong office to ask about BPP claim. It show that the claim can only be initiated no sooner than 30 days and no later than 90 days from payment date.

But i still shock with Qiling is a conman. Because i receive my bid item on 20/09/11 that about a week before the thing go wrong..

Lelong is destroying evidence? That is bad, how ppl can claim / make police report with "item not found".

Qiling swindled my money Rm3611 through 11 transactions.
Police report in 2 days. Either I get every single cent back or he goes to jail. I can do much worse though, but let's save if for later.

i think what it mean is transaction record such as banking slip, online banking slip..

I believe when you opened your lelong account, your hp must be verified, check it in your user control panel

check back your winning bid item...if u upload the proof of payment should can download back the slip u upload
