Is it secure and safe enough to buy item direct online from www.play-asia.com?
The reason because i ask this is they only do business online and dont have any shop..
I want to purchase GOW 3 xbox 360 controller.. The problem is they are based in hong kong.. and the warranty how to solve if controller got any issue.
Please advise..

As for warranties, they will give 6-months in store warranty
for any hardware purchases. They will send you an email
with the instructions on how to return the item in case
it has any difficulties or faulty.

Thanks.. I just decided to trade in my 250gb slim xbox 360 and top up RM 850.00 for GOW 3 Limited Edition Xbox 360 Console from local game shop..
By the way, get 2 controller and original GOW 3 game....

yeah ive bought form play-asia numerous time. althou i might say the delivery is a little longer than expected (maybe im impatient) but the item does arrive, and nicely packaged.

If buy games from Play-Asia usually how long will they arrive? And if it doesnt arrive does play-asia offers refunds like Amazon?

It depends on which shipment you use, availability of your items and so forth. So far, I got my games within 3 days after they send it out from HK via FedEX.
