Most of them have been wrote in the thread but these are some I thought happened too:

1) Invincible enemies. I emptied my entire magazine on an enemy for 10-15 secs at point blank but the shoots did not register

2) Some reload animation did not happen

3) Killing with tube(attached with weapon) will not appear in the kill death count announcement: Example: Soldier1 Soldier2 ( note that the middle words between soldier 1 and 2 are missing which is usually filled by the name of the weapon being used to kill soldier 2)
