hi , i have problem here
i have sent the 2 ps3 game via pos express to pulau pinang
then , when it arrive at p. pinang , it resend back to sabah
then i check there a marking of merchandise ( it being tick )

so what the problem here?
should i try to resend back use the same service or use another delivery service to p.pinang ?

pos express only can deliver document now.

Sabah to Penang, <500g, via Pos Laju should be about RM9 something. A cheaper option will be registered mail, but it'll take longer (up to 14 working days if I rmemeber correctly).

For Pos Laju, they will deliver straight to the recipient's address. If 1st attempt tak jadi (e.g. no1 home to sign) can contact them to send again on a discussed date (1-300-300-300 or csc@pos.com.my) FOC or can collect from the Pos Laju Center (address/contact number will be stamped on the notification form) after the 2nd attempt, will have to go collect it yourself d.
