My experience with them so far so good. I bought their town house in Puchong and have just sold it. They have been quite active lately. Read on recent newspaper that they are moving into high end properties. I had seen their D'island and quite impressive too.

Heard they pay their LAD late, and sometimes try to escape from paying-up the LAD to tge purchasers. Other than this, the comments above are what I heard of too.

...anyway, LBS is not as bad as K Euro and T Corp... These two always bring-up the rear, now there's Radiant Pillars being their (K Euro's) subsidiary for the Canal City project. Stay away !!!

Not yet build, how to know?
I have inspected the link house and Semi-D show house, design ok, but dun understand why the ceiling is so low? bout 10ft for SD / is not nice at all
LBS seems like hoping D'Island project can change buyers' negative perception towards their bad image in the past, if they deliver this type of ceiling height, basically I can say this developer is still very cheapo, dun expect the finished product will be within satisfactory shakehead.gif

I asked the SA about ceiling height, she said because they install ceiling aircon that cause ceiling to be lower in show unit. She claimed that actual unit going to be higher ... But not sure can trust or not ... Anyway didnt bother.. None of my business how high is the ceiling.

The show unit really impressed me ... And change my perception alittle bit towards LBS. If D island become a success. It is going to made their name and branding.

Bought 1 unit of their cluster in Bandar Saujana Putra recently....so far their SA and admin staffs that i'm dealing with is responsive....

Heard a lot of negative perceptions on their past projects..mostly because they deal with low cost house so quality wise is not up to people's standard...however, seeing some of the completed units in BSP, it is not bad as I thought..maybe now going to mid cost house so quality better?? Seeing the construction progress of their Ivory/Magenta projects, they may be able to handover in time...finger crossed..

About planning, they can do better for their flagship town in Bandar Saujana Putra...never seen their D'Island high end house...

I went to their D'island over the weekend. Mostly all sold, left only a few units. Landscaping and the surrounding area are very impressive. drool.gif

Property and masterplan look great.

Price is a bit too high for that location though.
