but at least the new ending for the GSD is at least much better than the last episode itself...

The start of GSD was pretty okay, but by the time when the story progress, it sucks.

GSD not really that bad , just that Kira is overpowered and Lacus on-steroid with her SEED that ruins the plot , and to use a character like Shin as somewhat a half-time main character (first 12 episode) already pwn GSD itself

other than that , Akatsuki and other gundam looks cool .. still its far crappier than GS =_= with the "Omg, i am the peaceful hero and suddenly pwn everyone in the last 2-3 episode with 2 nuclear weap0n"

Meh, but what's with all the Dragoon that the new gundams have? When it was 1st introduced, dragoon system was unbeatable, because only one or  two gundams have it, but now........

I didn't skipped/fast forward any episodes although I can't stand him, because I didn't want to miss anything

I just watched first 3 episodes of MS Gundam.

Char Aznable -> Raww Le Kuruze?
Zeon -> Zaft?
Plus the plot of ep 1 has some similarities with MSG Seed ep 1.
Even Haro-Haro was there.

I only watched Gundam Wing, Seed and Seed Destiny...dun dare comment on issues of other series.

since I'm here, might as well voice my opinion on GSD. Shinn IS the main character in GSD, no doubt about that. However...Kira is also a main character. He is like the core. How do I explain this...anyone watched The Fast and The Furious? Vin Diesel was the main character in the 1st movie...and he also appeared in the 3rd movie (at the end). Basically they're both main characters...but because the show is a "continuation" they do need to bring back old main characters.

I guess Shinn fans are not happy with him losing in the final battle...explains the bickering I guess the producers just don't think that "Shinn defeats Kira, then realize his mistakes and corrects them by defeating president Durandal" would make the ratings high. Would surely make a lot of GS & Kira fans unhappy Shinn after all, did defeat Kira fairly in the middle of the series. Kira also has to stay alive to finish his issue with X666S's pilot....Kruze's clone. So, from my point of view...I like the ending as it is. They could have improved it a little though...especially the battle between Strike Freedom & Legend
