it shouldn't be different Gold Master means the version they plan to release to the market , they give to developers to test , official is when they deliver to you through iTunes.

My iTunes is ready , updated and keep hitting check for updates.

why can't apple just release the update 30 mins earlier , i want to go to sleep.
