Just want to share my experience about this clinic. Today I brought my pet rabbit to this clinic , but the doctor was in a surgery and the clerk asked me to come back 1 hour later , although i said it was an emergency but I understand. My rabbit was already in a very bad condition today , yesterday she was fine , today she was lethargic and unable to move. The clerk say what Happen so i explain that She was having diarrea and became so weak , not eating or drinking. The clerk reply Cheh... Diarrhea only.. I was shocked at her reply but I'm like nvm... So I said okay and went to buy a drink and waited 1hour . I came back but there was 2 customer there already. They have dogs and it look super fine , and the clerk let them see the doctor first. The poodle was fast , but the chow chow did an x ray. I was rushing for tuition at 4.30 and the lady just ask me to wait again. Wait about 1 hour also not yet done. My bf got pissed , asked how long more and she gave him a BISH face and said 30 more minutes or more. He got really angry and threw the appointment card and asked me to leave. I could have went to a clinic at damansara with the time wasted. I went to tuition then bringing my bunny and she died while I was having tuition. There was another case previously where I asked if the vet knows how to treat guinea pig and she just took my guinea pig without replying me and let the doctor check , doctor say that skin problem only , give me cream , glucose water and charged me rm30. After a week , my guinea pig died. Guess what. He actually had mites eating his skin and colon problem , that's why he can't poop. I told the doctor he not pooping but she just say it's normal!? Wtf. I swear I will never ever go to this vet again.

Animal poliklinik kennels @ old klang road., Never want to go there anymore.
