Seem like no much benefits on AmBank cc?

Anyone has accept for Ambank cc when apply loan with them? I have been asked to sign for cc application. This is need to be sign if loan with them. Besides, they will pass it to CC dept to follow up.

After consideration from CC dept, they will actually call to the person for verify whether interested to apply or not. Anyone has face with this matter??

Between, the first year of the GST can be offset from the point that they offer upon success for cc application.

Just saw this RM388 Cash Rebate campaign.

Good timing to be apply a new card as New-to-Bank since I have 1k transaction need to swipe

Where you guys apply for the card?? I seldom see they have roadshow around my area or direct apply from bank ??

Seem like so troublesome to apply Credit card from Ambank...

- Fax to 03-2162 3067 on morning as get this number from website,
called to CS and check, no received and fax another number doh.gif

- Fax another number 03-2171 3171 (general line),
called again after 20 min fax, no received,
asked me email instead (now only know can email) doh.gif doh.gif

- Email all docs to "customer.service@ambankgroup.com" given by CS.
Received notification saying that use another email instead doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

- Email again to the new address and called, advised to wait and call in after few days for confirmation rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Ya agreed, they should upgrade for online submission, more easy and faster.

But their CS is quite nice to talk compare to Citibank as I asked them many question and still patient to answer smile.gif

Received a call for verification on 23 Feb, after that I keep checking my status of application by their system
Yesterday called to CS, asked about status and is still being process at the moment.

CS: After verification, please allow 2 weeks time for approval...
Me: I was like shocking.gif shakehead.gif Okay, then how long send the card after approved.
CS: Another 1 week
Me: Normal post or Poslaju
CS: Normal Post

Same case to me, called and still under process, not even approved yet, I gonna to use for 1.3k transaction but seem like the chance is getting low.

If still no further update this week, will call to cancel and wait for next promotion then

After you wait for 2 weeks, luckily HQ call you for application. I shall call again to follow up

But how come staff can miss out to fill up commission part, the most important part for them, no ?

Have chance to asked with the counter staff in AmBank regarding AmBank WMC

She said that there is no available for FD to get a card since you have income document, FD only for non-income earning people.

Can try to submit if income monthly roughly 7-8k
