i got alliance debit card also unlimited PPL within malaysia.
Ambank Plat got annual fee, so not that good.

my statement out alr but no cashback for my both card. my transition date is 15th aug but posting date is 25th aug, then the cs tell me cash back pool finished due to poasting date late. so i cannot entitled any cash back. any thing can i do to get it again?

do anybody posting date is late than 25th aug and get the cashback? if yes, i write back to cs to complain again.

this is the first time i join the cash back event which is really unfair.

This is quoted in their TnC for this promo:
All qualifying transactions must be posted to the Eligible Cardmember’s Card account to be eligible for the Cash Back. The Bank will allow five (5) calendar days for the qualifying transactions made to be posted into the Eligible Cardmember’s Card account. The Bank is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any late posting to Eligible Cardmember’s account by merchants and/or third party.

My own principal card hasn't been credited yet. Will argue further.

is it me or it takes forever to get approval for application of an AmBank credit card? i walked in to one of their branch on 21st October to apply one and it's more than 3 weeks now but still no news. are they always this lembab ah?
