This is quoted in their TnC for this promo:
All qualifying transactions must be posted to the Eligible Cardmember’s Card account to be eligible for the Cash Back. The Bank will allow five (5) calendar days for the qualifying transactions made to be posted into the Eligible Cardmember’s Card account. The Bank is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any late posting to Eligible Cardmember’s account by merchants and/or third party.

My own principal card hasn't been credited yet. Will argue further.

Mine was completed on 17th August and posted on 19th August, should is eligible for cash back.

I should write ambank service for "supp card holder name's"?

guys,

is it me or it takes forever to get approval for application of an AmBank credit card? i walked in to one of their branch on 21st October to apply one and it's more than 3 weeks now but still no news. are they always this lembab ah? sweat.gif

Still in processing. Like what the officer told me, processing takes a month. Applied on the same day as you.

Update here because your situation is about the same as mine, I didn't get cash back for principal card.

6 weeks?! geez, that is long. i've recently applied for a card with a competitor bank and i got mine approved in less than a week, alliance bank to be precise hence i'm wondering if AmBank's SOP is that lengthy
